DEPOSIT:

100% of accommodation price is required at time of booking.

 

CANCELLATION/CHANGES POLICY:

Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled check-in date to avoid any fees and charges. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the scheduled check-in date will incur a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 week of the scheduled check-in date. Having said that, we can easily reschedule you for another time at no extra cost.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS:

Valid for 24 months from the date of issue and are not refundable or redeemable for cash. 

 

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

All bookings are subject to suitable weather conditions and Glamp Sandridge has the right to cancel or reschedule due to bad weather such as high winds, fire risks and heavy rainfall. You will be notified if such conditions occur and a full refund will be offered.

Subject to weather conditions and fire bans in place.
